The sky was on fire this evening. It was absolutely breathtaking, and mirrored my soul ablaze for whats to come. I’m not a fan of the warmer weather, nor will I ever be, but this winter has been so cold it seems like the frost began to encase my heart. As these hints of spring wisp through the air I feel a calm wash over me, perhaps it’s the waves ever present in the distance or the scent of firewood being burned in the early evening, but there is definitely something about these times to come.

I’ve been drenched in the cold dark of the night for what seems like an eternity. At last I see dawn begin to break.

“1: What are you making me choose now? 
2: Between the road to light and the road to darkness. 
1: Neither suits me. I’m taking the middle road. 
2: Do you mean the twilight road to nightfall? 
1: No, the road to dawn. “
